Common questions

How do I change the background photo?

Tap PHOTO (the + button) and choose a photo. Tap RESET, which appears once you have customized something, to remove your photo and song and restore the default settings. It asks you to confirm first.

How do I use my own song?

Tap SONG and choose an audio file from the Files app, for example your team's fight song. After that, tap SONG to play or stop it, and touch and hold SONG to choose a different file. Shaking always plays the key jingle. With VoiceOver, use the actions rotor on the SONG button and choose "Choose song file".

The shake doesn't trigger the sound.

Make sure the volume is up. A Key Play plays even when the silent switch is on. Shake a little harder, or use the on-screen SHAKE THE PHONE button.
